
FUSION
The melting in an oven gas propane enclosed with a crucible where the Tin ingot from solid to liquid state at a temperature of at least 200º C.

MOULDING
This process is based on the placement of a mould inside a box of aluminium or wood, which is covered and supported with a special sand, called ' Lisbon sand ', with the help of aluminium or silver wedges.

TO EDGE, WELDING, GRINDING AND POLISHING
Finalized the previous process, the pieces are forwarded to another sector, to withdraw and proceed. If welding, which consists of ' Stopper ' small pores due to the foundry. After smoothing to soften the part and become easier polishing.
